"There are a couple interesting things to point out on the chart tonight. I still think that the chart is in a critical phase, however the chips seem to be slowly but surely stacking themselves to the "bearish side". Don't get too excited though, we still need the ultimate story teller to arrive regardless. And that's volume. Until we see more volume we won't move up significantly."
