Chairman of the Board Concept revision suggestion;

1. Change it to Community Committee

2. Elect a small group of members

3. Forward all TOU complaints to the Committee

4. Committee votes yes/no to forward complaints to Admin for justice.

5. Committee recommends penalties (escalating severity to be established) to Admin.

6. Admin acts or not. If not, presents public post supporting his decision. He can, if he wants, allow a public appeal and designate a voting thread for members to tally their posts

7. Miscreants either agree and accept or go away.
