"One batch may have already been dumped." Really? I wonder when that could have possibly occured? Hmm...So, by your logic you would expect the next PR to say, in essence 'We are diligently working to complete the deal - hang in there' (which would fly in the face of their previous PR stating that there would be no info until the deal is closed) or would you expect something more like 'Well, we talked about it for a month and a half, and we don't feel it's in the best interest of the shareholders. We thought we would just wait for a while before we shared this info with you'?

My bet is that you can't possibly beieve that.....
