You should realize that the STRONG possibility exists that there guys are still "in bed" together. There will be no lawsuit over this.

Consider that GTEM, facing the possibility of bankruptcy through lawsuits....or possibly being shut down by the SEC......has ENCOURAGED Murch and Kouhry to incorporate this shell in anticipation of such a shut down.

It is the perfect vehicle really. A brand new company with no ties to GTEM. They need cash to pay their lawsuit debts....they "sell" the technology for whatever they can get to Murch and Kohoury (low money obviously), pay whatever they can on their debts, then fold up the GTEM tent. The shareholders are also left out in the cold in this scenario.

Later, JL and crew join Murch and Kohoury in the new company.

Granted, this is a theory but it certainly does tie up most of the loose ends and provide JL with the perfect escape form all the monetary and SEC problems GTEM is facing.
