("Registrant") filed with the Secretary of State of the State of Nevada, a Certificate To Amend the Articles of Incorporation of NanoPierce Technologies, Inc. to increase the number of authorized common shares from One Hundred Million (100,000,000) $0.0001 par value common shares to Two Hundred Million (200,000,000) $0.0001 par value common shares.

You really believe doubling the available shares and cutting current shareholder equity in half is good for current shareholders?

And you guys thought this person was a good "leader" for the thread?
