****Special Information****

I have been advised to make sure everyone realizes a couple of things that are very important.

The Company issued a press release on August 4th that detailed their most recent earnings ending April 30. Coupled with that, were statements regarding items of corporate significance.

With respect to those items, the company stated the following:

The Company has completed the development, formulation, packaging and branding for the first spirits products arising out of its joint venture with Universal’s Interscope Geffen A&M Records. It is anticipated that the first of these products, a premium cognac through the Company’s venture with music icon Dr. Dre and his Aftermath Beverage Company, will be introduced to the market within the next sixty days.

Here the company announces a name for the equity arrangement derived from its relationship with Dr. Dre. It is called Aftermath Beverage Company. The company then tells you that it anticipates the first product to be introduced from this arrangement will be a premium cognac. The company also tells you that the cognac product in the bottle is all set to sell.

With respect to the production and supply of the Aftermath Cognac, the Company has entered into a letter of intent for the production, supply and European distribution of the cognac with Abecassis Cognac, a producer of premium cognacs. Completion of this agreement will not only give the Company access to a superior and necessary inventory of fine cognac, but calls for the Aftermath Beverage Company brands to be distributed by Abecassis in the European countries in which it is now doing business.

Here the company tells you that the production, supply, and European distribution of the premium cognac is housed presently under a letter of intent. The company has not released a contract to handle these aspects of bringing the premium cognac to market. The company also tells you that, upon completion, Abecassis will distribute the Aftermath Beverage Company brands in the countries where Abecassis is doing business in Europe. That distribution agreement has not been released yet.

Following the introduction of the Aftermath Cognac, the Company’s joint venture with Interscope/Dre/Aftermath will introduce a unique new line of 80-proof flavored and unflavored sparkling vodkas. The Company, having completed any necessary formulations, bottle and label design, marketing plans, and regulatory approvals, expects that this new line of products will begin to be shipped to distributors within the next sixty days. These products are to be introduced in coordination with the launch of Dr. Dre’s long-awaited “Detox” album, and will be supported by a fully integrated marketing program with the performer and his record company.

Now here the company tells you that once the cognac is introduced, the Dre/Aftermath agreement calls for a line of flavored and unflavored sparkling vodkas to be introduced. The company also tells you that those vodkas are complete and ready to send to market.

The important items of note are that the cognac as yet HAS NOT been named. If you look, the company says "a cognac" and "a premium cognac." When they announce the name of Dre's equity company as Aftermath Beverage Company, the company then takes on a possessive nature. "Aftermath agreement" refers to the new company Aftermath's agreement. "Aftermath cognac" is a cognac housed under that agreement. To wit, the line of flavored and unflavored vodkas have not as of yet been named by the company under this same Aftermath agreement. If the cognac were called Aftermath Cognac, the press release would have stated it was being called Aftermath Cognac. If the sparkling vodkas were called Topless, it would have said Topless. Neither of these things occurred.

Yes, we do have these two names trademarked. But as I said, there appears to be something important in NOT misinterpreting the naming of the products which has not happened yet.

I am also advised to take note that; Out of three paragraphs in an earnings call a literal world wide blizzard of press in every US city and internationally has been unleashed and will continue.

This by itself is more important than the names of the products could ever be.
