I saw this article and thought it would be great to see two talented battery technology firms combine.

I tried emailing both A123 Systems and mPhase Technologies and recommending a reverse merger. A123 would be able to get around the cost and complexity of the IPO process, and both companies would gain from the research that the other has done.
