If they dillute the full Billion and then run a pr campaign those bottom buys will pay off nicely on the way to .01 and a 10 million dollar mkt cap. A pps of .01 and an o/s of 1 billion shares is only a 10 million dollar mkt cap. The CEO of OneFi knows how to do this. The problem is getting caught pre-dillution. Once this bounces off the bottom, you might be able to do well here. glta I sold with a 60% hickey at .003 but am keeping an eye on re-entry
