eye, the merger and restricted shares given to the WUCC holders is not part of the promotion. Those shares were needed for a fair trade in assets. In fact, the merger is what may finally get me to break even and above on my old shares once production starts.

That being said, it is fair to bring up that the direction of the company seems to have improved and long term outlook seems far better now that the stock dilution for promotions seems to have stopped. I do wonder if they will bring back out the O'hurley infomercials once production has started. At that point in time, they may be very usefull. At the same time,I also almost hope they do not. By reaching production and having LT financing in place, it would be far better to let the stock price move up with real news instead of diluting the overall shares for a quick bump.
