I think King is quiet because he has talked too much with management. He has been very close to them. He will not return calls anymore to me or the other investors I talk to by phone. I believe he is quiet because he is afraid to being hauled into a lawsuit as an insider. This selling I feel is mostly from his 40 investors that have thrown in the towel. I believe the MMs are buying up cheap shares hoping this could will be a turn around. Scorry is quiet too because she is close to King. I have called King at least 6-8 times in the past month+ and he does not return any calls.
