Well I would have but since the only way this stock will see .0002's is if an a/s increase is filed, it seemed not noteworthy to mention. Not only that but if an a/s increase was filed and the price did drop to .0002 or .0001, why would anyone want to buy at those prices knowing more dilution would be on the way? Answer ... no one.
