Yes, I thought Mr. Williams understood his industry very well and he had an experienced team working with him. BDRR is technically a start-up, so it has the same risks and problems any young business has. Last time I spoke to Mr. Williams their cash flows had been improving. They have a real business in a prime location. As long as they continue to add more referring physicians, they should do fine.
I unfortunately was unable to help them on the investment side because many of my contacts are currently illiquid. I decided to focus on the one client I had that had already placed adequate investment.
