I see your frustration with ONEV and it quite understandable, we have all dealt with delays in our own way and we all have a level of patience. I see you got there and are now willing to share you frustration, can't blame you. I think we are so close, but I've thought that before as well.

GLTY...I know you will be back once we get what we have been waiting for. I am concerned that Dean never got back to you, he has been busy but someone should have responded to you, even if it was Rob.
