No, I don't like scams. I like high risk. The difference is when a company doesn't have a real business and has no chance. I know who Mario Pino is, I know this was his company, I know he's affiliated with it as a spin-off of his Mellon scam. I can't imagine anything legitimate having to do with Pino's shell, especially a grey shell. That's all.

I can't see how it could go up to .0002 with the number of shares out and it being grey. If it does go to .0002, I can't imagine a retail selling. Remember, orders must match exactly for grey companies.

Where did the grey sheets fund they promised ever go to?

Usi just filed all the annual reports for the last three years in 11/2007.
