Oil is nearing 120 and many think it will rebound from there, at least a bounce. I thought I add to COP 82.1, CVX 82.98, PBR 55.89, SLB 100.97 and XOM 81.08, while oil is near 124. When everyone thinks one way the market often will try to fool them.
