Thank you for your recent inquiry. I am in the process of trying to work out a solution to provide you with the shareholder information list per your request in accordance with our Articles of Incorporation. Article VIII par. 8.3 concerning Location and Inspection of Record of Shareholders.

Per our requirement for shareholders access to this information, rather than have you travel all the way to Orange County to stop by the office to view this information during normal business hours I am working on a solution to provide you with that information by other means, provided that you are qualified as a shareholder that meets those requirements.

In regards to some of your additional "reasonable" questions.


Does Corporate Solutions still own 27 million shares? - as per the 15c211recently issued......yes, unless Corp solutions has sold any shares that I am unaware of.


What about the debt to George Kraus? What is happening? - I cannot elaborate or provide any information in regards to any ongoing litigation/negotiation/settlements other than what was issued in the most recent 15c211, my commenting on this or any other internal corporate activities at this time would be inappropriate and illegal.


What is the relationship between Sky440 and Camelot Entertainment? none


What happened to all the Subsidiaries that were acquired by Firesky? Real estate companies...what happened? Those are activities which occurred prior to my tenure with SKYF. None of those acquisitions were consummated.
