some people should just stick to flipping pizzas and stay out of the markets as they are totally clueless.

Example 1

You buy a 1/2 mil dollar lots in Florida are now worth about 80k...

That is way way more then anyone could ever lose in the market.

And a stock or a fund you can average down and in real estate there is no way to average down on what you own..
