Now I've read more of whats on this website (most of the 300 posts in fact), and I think I can play moderator here because I think that there is ZERO lack of communication but a HUGE lack of understanding between what SBRUNNER is trying to communicate and what investors have a right to know/hear.

Let me try to sum up:

Raleo is at LEAST 8 years behind in paying for wood (that would have otherwise had little value at all) and that is why investors for both 7 year and 10 year (and someof the 13 year) teak have not gotten paid yet. I don't think this point is clear ENOUGH in 07 tree owners news.

SBRUNNER should be fast and furious figuring out WHEN investors can expect to be paid. Investors need something to look forward to, ANYTHING ... in fact, even if its bad news. If Raleo is indeed 8 years behind, then investor need to know EXACTLY how far behind, and WHEN it is expected to catch up.

Is it correct in assuming that the projections now on the website are as correct as possible ASSUMING that Raleo catches up and that 13+ yo teak the teak ends up on the international market and there is very little lag time for getting paid?

I think its a correct assumption that thinnings are on schedule, or at least close to it. The wood just ends up being stored (teak is resilient to rott... goo thing) until raleo can get to it.

I think a few things need to happen so arguements don't get out of hand... especially name calling.

#1 ... a REGULAR quarterly publication ... Tree Owners News that is clear about what is happening with what thinnings, and who can expect to be paid when. this obviously goes for trees other than teak as well, current thinning schedules should be posted

#2... A Raleo update should be given as far as how far they are behind and when they expect to catch up... and obviously when investors of 1993, 94 etc can expect to be paid.

#3... I think SBRUNNER needs to be given more pointed questions, so he can answer more of them more quickly and consisely rather than being defensive and ambiguous. He thinks he's being perfectly clear, and the investors think he's being ambiguous. Therefore, questions have to be better taylored and more pointed. Discussion needs to continue, if SBRUNNER leaves this board we are in trouble.

#4... I am as disgusted as everyone else on this board how focused TATF is on sales vs on results. (TATF thinks that they aren't focused on sales, in truth they aren't focused on PRESSURED sales, in just so happens that most of their updates on their site are sales, not results) They could sell WAY more trees is they actually posted some more comprehensive real #'s/ results, thinning schedules etc. Most of the updates all year are offers for trees deals (which I do buy btw) ... but if the website becomes more results oriented, then I can see recommending this site to my friends (and not just my family).

I understand that SBRUNNER thinks they are being upfront about things, but they are not being upfront in a way that investors expect and deserve. I think if they understand what investors expect, they'll be happy to accommodate.
