tallstahl, any chance you also asked them which assets exactly were being bought out? In other words, for this 10 cents of an unknown small cap's stock, will they being buying from GLCC the North American assets OR the CORE assets in China? Just curious if you found that out??

I know they PR'd awhile back that they were shopping the North American assets and had interest from various buyer's--supposedly--and if that is the case everything is fine. But IF they are handing away the CORE of the company to some unknown small cap in Europe for 10 cents...?????????....then that is aweful obviously.
