Mide.. if he sold to a private entity, wouldn't the concept of selling in order to pay for tennis lessons (and the associated schedule for when the lessons start) be inconsistent with selling to a private entity since the development of the existence of that private entity would be random in relation to the development of the need for tennis lessons?

Anything is possible, but it doesn't seem very likely from an actuarial perspective.
