Does a house up for sale, lose value because a prospect looks at it on a rainy day? Of course not, even though the house does not 'look' nearly as nice as it does, on a sunny day.
To prove my point, we only need to refer to the two weeks surrounding the Dupont news, over 2 years ago, going .04 area, to .385. Had CTUM already been trading at .20 upon Dupont news, chances are it would still have only gone up to roughly the same area.
