Green Globe International (stock symbol: GGLB) is a full-disclosure publicly traded OTCBB company. Nowhere in any of their officially filed documents with the Securities and Exchange Commission does it state that they earn any revenues from any affiliation.

It is misleading to suggest that they will earn $millions when GGLB themselves have not let the public know how this will occur and details.
