So this from the May 2nd PR, along with others, too numerous to quote, was a straight out lie.

"The company has submitted its architectural plans to all relevant state and local approval committees to obtain the necessary building permits for its new 20,000 square foot production facility. The company expects the process to be completed in 4 to 6 weeks at which time the company will begin issuing requests for bids to local area contractors."

is this really the "REAL DEAL"?
