KP: I just went to the Yahoo from your last post and checked out LDSR.

One of the Board of Directors has been acquiring shares. Hmm

As to the Polytec acquistion, you are correct that preferred shares were to be issued on the acquisiton however, my current understanding is that the whole deal has been renegociated to LDSR's benefit and that the majority of the last year's losses are going to be applied to the old Polytec corporation. In addition fewer shares are going to be issued.

We will have to wait until the annual statements are filed. The Annual statements will probably be late filed.
