Yes, that is exactly why charts always matter, and should not be ignored.
btw, I believe NEOP will run much higher in Anticipation of interim results -- stocks are forecasting mechanisms.
And I do believe word about the trials will "leak", legally, by participants buying/selling and telling their pals.
People in the chain know what's happening before the official news comes out.
