Not doubting anything you say about DM,lol.But thinking the holdup is due to the sub company APDR,imo. APDR is waiting for approval from the sec on valuations.

Looks like they are waiting for SEC ok on the restated 10K from 2006.Then they can file the 2007 10K,imo.
