I've been around long enough to understand the dynamics of the stock/pink markets... If the O/S is 59 million shares EXCLUDING soyos 40 million, then we really DO NOT know what the float is. Obviously it cannot be 59 million because we do not trade near there, I'm simply stating, IMO, it's much higher than 12 million. Think about it, where do you think he got the money to hire board members, settle the law suit, etc... Pulled money from the sky?

Whether he sold 1 million or 10 million, to me he diluted the company, brought us down to these pathetic levels... You can blame it on the myths of "shorting, mm manipulation, etc..." Sorry, that's just being delusional.
