yep, but i would've liked to have seen matt give us some kind of explanation. and since he didn't, i'm thinking it wasn't great for us or him. but, we're going to have to see it sometime. it's got to be accounted for in a filing at some point. but the company is still intact and new people are joining us, so i guess it couldn't be that bad actually. i do want to know what went down though
