One more repeating pattern:
MFA It is a REIT that I have owned in my son's college IRA for some time now. With the recent beat down of REITs I have been looking to pick up a couple. Here is what I think I am seeing on this one.
1) Appears to have bottomed and is basing around 9 bucks.
2) When Aroon Up crosses up and thru a downward sloped Aroon Down it is time to watch
a) For OBV to be starting to turn north -and-
b) PPO to be turning north
It looks like we are there. I plan to add more today barring any unforeseen changes.
Now I really need to run...forgot and am going to be late.
