Well if you consider Dean and Jacobo
meeting with Telmex on a weekly basis to iron out a licensing deal to be a broken record..again to each their own..You mention how long this deal has taken..It did go from just email which had to be tested to all of MV which had to be tested..It then went from all of MV to Dial-Tone 2.0 and Iris which had to be tested..We finally saw the launch of Iris and now they have moved to all of Iris and more including DA for licensing..I think you can see why Onev thought that at certain times that certain things would bear fruit much earlier..If you think they are not themselves both frustrated and elated that Telmex has decided to go this way..you would be wrong..They know that if Telmex would have gone with just the email features..that many here wouldn't be calling everyday asking when things are going to happen..

You are correct..We did talk about the 50/50 split before because that was one of the deals from above..We also talked about why Telmex didn't just buy the company or license the tech..You may be referring to those conversations..But Telmex just recently said lets talk about licensing the tech and..Oh by the way..we like the DA and more features as well..

On one hand you have a huge company taking a very long time to get what they want..On the other you have a very small company seeing that this one very large company is validating their tech..Thus the elation..

When we see the licensing deal..That means we don't have to wait for further launches..it shouldn't take Onev very long to start receiving payments for the same..Onev has other deals they are working on with companies in Mexico..AM..is looking at Onev for Tracfone..We have seen the link..Until we hear about a contract with AM..that is all that it is..a link..I would think that the one deal until completed will hold up the other..

To sum up..Onev could have just said no in the beginning and told Telmex to launch email only features first..We would all be very much happier now..However..Telmex probably would have just laughed and there would be no Telmex at all to even discuss..

We all know about dilution..You can look above to see why most of that has occurred..Everybody including Onev wants these deals done yesterday..The negative and or skeptic posts will continue..There will be more posts that say that Telmex won't happen based on past history..However some posters who were so sure that wouldn't happen have now changed to it will be a one time get lost payment..Even after the Telmex deal is completed..There will be skeptics..That is sure bet...veno
