Isn't it interesting how GTEM is paying for all this? Shares and cash? And we really don't know how the split is happening.....I mean, how many shares Vs. how much cash????

I would almost bet that this is nearly an all share deal....with as little cash being put up as possible.

Ah well....what's a little more dilution, eh?

After all.....the shareholders pay for it in the long run.

I keep telling myself....deep breath....count to ten....try to answer without personal attack...present fact to back up your opinion.
