Thats correct they are a full reporting company that cannot get uplisted from a pk sheet to a OB.
This must be so radioactive that NAS & the SEC does not want anything to do with it. I called Todd last week and made my pt that not getting earnings out is not so smart. He called back quickly to discuss it ( I guess not my shareholders left to call) and stated they will be out soon. Soon with this company means at least a yr. I thought they were going to be uplisted end of last yr and then RTS by now. You cannot believe he stated they need to get a big international accounting firm to do the audits like Price Waterhouse. Problem is they will not touch a pk sheet. Funny I thought they had to have a auditing company that had security clearance to do the work. So the only one is 2K. I guess the gov't is trying to put these guys out of business it sounds like they control 2K and they do not do the work for NNRI. Sounds like it is coming down from top people in the Russian gov't. So if they go with Price Waterhouse then they probably do not have security clearance and the Russian gov't will not probably allow them in. So it sounds like my concern that someone wants to buy this company on the cheap is probably going to happen. This management cannot get anything right. They have no street smarts and have been taken to the cleaners and we are getting clean out. This stock will be lucky to see a dollar when some rich Russian billionaire buys it for a song and we all get Fuu-- in the ass. Great management. So smart. A kid on the streets of NY is smarter than these guys. Time for a change but that will not happen until it is bought out for a song and they throw them out on the streets.
