That's not the understanding I got from management. Spooz will not receive money from SFB, this is true. SFB and Spooz are partner companies, therefore they both will benefit from SMCC sales. Initially it may be an exposure play until revenues from SMCC starts rolling, but not in the long term.
Paul spoke about the fact that SMCC is a private company and that the only way the public could invest in SMCC would be through Spooz. I don't see how that comment by Paul would be relevant if SMCC is purely an exposure play.
I will email him and ask him to clarify this point.
