Looks like the SEC threw out a complaint we had against the shaar group. But the 8k mentions a settlement. perhaps we appealed, and they settled out of court. Is the shaar group one of those despicable suck egg naked shorters, whose only goal in life is to drive down the stock price of small companies, keep our economy from growing, and profit illegally every time it does ? Does anyone know anything about them ?
