IYO, what are the chances Motorola will design around and not agree to license any of IDCC tech?

They seem to have a competetive edge and a free ride on certain of other's technology now and in the past. Why not just continue?

IMO it is ironic that America looks for technology pirates offshore in foreign countries when we have them in our own backyard.
