I was not referring to deep water. I was referring to the Niger Delta, the area most likely targetted for subsid assets.


I personally, do not think that the deep water is all that safe anymore. There have been numerous attacks in the open seas by pirates and militants alike. The lines are getting blurred as the price of oil increases and these people/criminals are willing to take bigger risks for the potential rewards.
