Just a clarification as to the author of this PDF doc. It appears to be from Ocean RIG ASA, a Norwegian company, and not the more commonly known Transocean, Inc. (ticker: RIG).
BTW, Ocean RIG appears to be the subject of a takeover bid from Dryships.
