i'll enter it as a CC question.


since ExamSoft WorldWide http://support.examsoft.com has never been mentioned as a subsidary of either CHDT Corp or Capstone Industries it is a point of possible concern


i looked at trademark applications for Capstone Industries again and none of the ExamSoft ones have been cross filed by them

and heres a head scratcher for 'ya

it can't be our Black Box Innovations LLC but then why are the names identical??
