A lot of pennies offer divies but that doesn't mean they are good divies. GLCC use to be .70 and is now .009 on the ask. I wouldn't say it is a real good stock right now. I had a divi that was worth over 1.00 at one time and got diluted all the way down to .0001 before restriction ended.
