MVP, it all depends on their liquidity. The 2X mid-cap issues are pretty poor in their mirroring the the market from my experiences, and the 3X issues may suffer the same fate without sufficient volume.

Typically the short ETF's have higher volume than the long ones, and I expect these new ones to be no different.
