ok got a question.
if the dr government is recieving a third of what ever so is tracey and dbpe. why is dpbe shelling out for the navy guy. the government should have him there at their own exspense to make sure they get their cut. and I cant see how one guy with one gun is going to save the day when the pirates turn up. and how come tracey can have guns on his boat but dpbe can't on theirs.
