Siriuslyricher, appearances are often deceiving. I didn't see any sentence in the SEC complaint that actually came right out and said "the investigation of GTEM is now over and done with".

What you posted is an opinion from a poster. If you choose to believe that opinion, that is your right.

Opinions vary. I also have an opinion.

My opinion is that there will be more investigation to follow.

So far, I have been correct in A LOT of my opinions.

I keep telling myself....deep breath....count to ten....try to answer without personal attack...present fact to back up your opinion.
