As far as contacting the company, I called and left messages for Katie, Has she returned a single call --- No. The professionalism of the office staff leaves a lot to be desired. I think that is one area where NDFC can help --- They are very courteous and professional on the phone. Remember, one of the first contacts a company has with a potential customer is the phone. If first impressions are bad, you can never overcome that.

A receptionist also told a friend of mine the pads would be shipped last Friday. HMMMM

Can you refute any of these points??

What about the potential dangers of Rogel's postings??? Does that not even slightly bother you???

What about the recent missed deadline promised by Tom and Scott Hatfield at the shareholders meeting??? Why no explanations????

There is definitely nothing wrong with questioning the company in which one is invested in.
