In my opinion there will unfortunately NOT BE ANY CHRISTMAS business for ECNC. The business plan is huge, very complex and comprehensive. ECNC is working very hard to put all the pieces of this eventual CASH COW puzzle together as fast as they can. As we all know there are unforeseen obstacles that crop up for all of us and especially for a business plan the likes of which ECNC is in the process of implementing.

However, the intent to perform is evident by all the SEC filings that are very expensive to compile and are now current. I was at the shareholders meeting and have seen the cashpads work, I have been to NDFC in Chico, CA met and spoken with all the top executives at NDFC, (THEY WANT US AS MUCH OR MORE THAN WE WANT THEM). I know Clinton Wong personally, and know he is sincere, and working very hard to get the cashpads out. The ECNC prominent and impressive presence at COMDEX, the fruits of which I know we all are still waiting anxiously to hear about. The fact that ECNC successfully fought tirelessly against almost insurmountable odds to get relisted. E-funds and all the prestigious alliances that have been made and announced. The first class law firm and PR firm that now represent ECNC. All the patents for this UNIQUE TECHNOLOGY that BELONG to the CEO of ECNC Tom Hughes.

These are only SOME not ALL of the reasons for me to believe that ECNC IS GOING TO BECOME VERY SUCCESSFUL. The cashpads are a reality and will be shipped to consumers shortly. I'm not going to even get into my thoughts about the incredible future for the CASHPAD RS, (RETAIL SALES) that will be introduced in 2001.

As difficult and frustrating as it is and has been for shareholders and ECNC, PATIENCE is necessary to see this incredible GLOBAL BUSINESS PLAN BLOSSOM. In my opinion, our PATIENCE WILL BE RICHLY REWARDED as these goals are achieved.

Pay no attention to the nay sayers and bashers that are presently having a field day on this board. Not one of them has seen or experienced what I have as far as going to San Pedro and Chico and seeing all these things for myself. I live about five minutes from the Asia Pacific Micro office. As I stated previously I have met and spoken to all the primary players at ECNC, NDFC and Asia Pacific. All the nay sayers will quietly disappear when the share price rises and maintains levels above two dollars and climbs to new highs, which I am convinced that it will.
