It's called a down payment. The sad part is you don't realize that in order to transfer ownership of the property all old Bank loans first had to be satisfied. So before ADCS could buy the building and transfer ownership into their name, they had to put enough down to pay off the current loans on the property. It's called a property purchase. The money ADCS put up is called a down payment.
How could you not know that. More importantly, how can you expect anyone to take investment advice from someone who didn't know this.
