The hype should be squarly shouldered by those who predicted(heard about) 2 rigs becoming available, those that rushed to the defense of those rumors as well of people jumping on the bandwagon for .80 cent predictions, and the multiple chartist that showed up, coincidently. All traders in my opinion, and non worth a read in the future. Oh, and lets not forget the buy in/out rumors also for pi and double pi.
