To be neutral here, I don't know, as a percentile, how many pinks have the CE rating? And I'll admit that I don't know how many non-english speaking folks called the CC. Sarbanes-Oxely takes care of the accounting aspect, for taxes..etc. And if Austin opened earlier, the non-English folks would have been invaluable. I guess the CART was put before the horse, here. No one is at fault. If you make less money,than you're outlay, you are not required to even file Fed taxes. There is a threshhold. IMHO...Que Pasa?
