I wouldn't give up just yet. Seems like people have been buying up entire shell stocks lately to clean up to use for reverse mergers. This Joseph Bartel guy has been buying some lately so maybe someone might buy this one. Look what happened to MBTT today after news came out that Joseph Bartel bought the shell. Exact same thing could happen here so I would just hang onto the shares instead of selling them for a loss.
