Bolivar Mining Corp.

Section 164 of the Securities Act, R.S.B.C. 1996, c. 418


¶1 Bolivar Mining Corp. (Bolivar) has an office in British Columbia. The person that is Bolivar's Chief Executive Officer, a director and major shareholder is resident in British Columbia. Bolivar's Secretary is also resident in British Columbia.

¶2 Bolivar is not a reporting issuer in British Columbia.

¶3 Bolivar's securities are quoted on the OTC Bulletin Board in the United States over-thecounter market.

¶4 In its news release dated December 7, 2007, Bolivar announced for the first time a mineral reserve estimate on its placer and tailings project in Jinzhuang Town, Guandong Province, China.

¶5 Bolivar has not filed a technical report to support the mineral reserve estimate on its placer and tailings project in Guandong Province, China, as required by section 4.2(1)(j) of National Instrument 43-101 Standards of Disclosure for Mineral Projects.

¶6 In its news release dated December 11, 2007, Bolivar announced for the first time a preliminary assessment of the Red Dragon 1 mine in Southern China, in which it holds an interest.

¶7 Bolivar has not filed a technical report to support the preliminary assessment of the Red Dragon 1 mine in Southern China as required by section 4.2(1)(j) of National Instrument 43-101 Standards of Disclosure for Mineral Projects.

¶8 Under section 164(1) of the Act, the Executive Director orders that trading in the securities of Bolivar cease until:

1. Bolivar files a technical report in the required form for its placer and tailings project in Guandong Province, China,

2. Bolivar files a technical report in the required form for its Red Dragon 1 Mine in Southern China, and

3. The Executive Director makes an order under section 171 of the Act revoking this order.
