Then that would be the reason, I think, why he waited until after April 4th to begin to release the news they have been sitting on for some time, to not let Carnes benefit even more off of the stock & with the lower pps it was easier to absorb the dilution & Carnes' selling. That was what Chad had said several weeks ago.
